MPC
It is a machine designed for small-sized, uniquely shaped solar panel connection components. It is capable of slot cutting, hole drilling, and/or performing specialized cutting operations. Operating with cutting molds specifically tailored for the products, it is capable of accommodating 2-3-4 bar profiles, facilitating serial production. It possesses a robust and rigid body structure.
• The linear axis is Beckhoff branded and precision servo-controlled.
• Controlled via a Beckhoff brand HMI touchscreen.
• Instant service capability is provided with remote connection system.
• The globally renowned Festo brand is utilized in the pneumatic equipment.
• Linear bearing group utilizes Bosch Rexroth brand.
• Slot cutting and hole drilling operations are performed with a hydraulic press.
• The cutting molds and hydraulic equipment are designed according to the product forms.
• The cutting dies and saw are lubricated by an automatic lubrication system.
• Depending on the product shape and the operation to be performed, it has the capacity to produce 1 piece every 6-12 seconds.
